A denture is a removable tooth and tissue replacement that is worn over the gums. Acrylic resin or a mixture of metals are used to create it.
A complete denture replaces all of the teeth, whereas a partial denture fills in the gaps left by missing teeth and keeps the rest of the teeth from shifting.
